Maria Nisell has over 25 years of experience in representing Swedish and international companies in commercial dispute resolution in general and administrative courts, arbitral tribunals, authorities as well as in mediations and negotiations. She is also appointed as an arbitrator on a regular basis by parties, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Maria Nisell has been appointed as an arbitrator on a regular basis in commercial disputes for more than 15 years.
She also sits as chairman, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator in arbitration proceedings administered by arbitration institutions such as the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholms Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) as well as ad hoc arbitration proceedings.
